4. User Accounts#
Certain MedDrill features may require an account.
Users agree to provide accurate account information where requested and take reasonable steps to protect their credentials.
Users are responsible for activity performed through their accounts, except where otherwise provided by applicable law.
5. Free and Premium Services#
MedDrill may provide both free and subscription-based content.
Free users may access selected learning features and materials.
Users with an active Premium subscription may access additional content and benefits associated with their subscription.
Specific Premium benefits are presented within the application before purchase.
6. Subscriptions and Payments#
MedDrill Premium is offered through an automatically renewing subscription.
On iOS, eligible purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase.

7. Intellectual Property#
The MedDrill application, software, branding, interface design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content supplied by third parties remains subject to the rights and applicable licenses of its respective owners.
Access to MedDrill does not transfer ownership of the application or its content to users.
Unless otherwise authorized, users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected MedDrill content.
8. Acceptable Use#
Users must not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to MedDrill systems or accounts.
- Interfere with application security or availability.
- Use automation to abuse application services.
- Redistribute protected educational content without permission.
- Use the application for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
We may take proportionate action against misuse, subject to applicable law.
9. Accuracy and Availability#
We aim to provide useful and accurate educational materials.
However, medical knowledge and guidelines may change, and educational content may contain errors or omissions.
We do not guarantee that using MedDrill will result in examination success, professional qualification, or a particular learning outcome.
Service availability may be affected by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Account Suspension and Termination#
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security incidents, serious misuse, or violations of these Terms.
Users may request account deletion through the account deletion feature in the application.
Account deletion does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
11. Limitation of Liability#
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedDrill is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service.
QT LABS will not be responsible for losses resulting from the inappropriate use of educational content as professional medical advice, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
12. Changes to These Terms#
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary.
Any updated version will be published with its effective date, and additional notice will be given where required by law.
13. Governing Law#
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Vietnam, subject to mandatory consumer protection and other rights that may apply in the user's jurisdiction.
