1. Overview#

MedDrill offers an optional Premium subscription that provides access to additional educational content and features.

This policy explains how subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds work.

2. Available Subscription#

An active subscription provides access to the Premium benefits identified in the application.

3. Subscription Pricing#

The subscription price is displayed in MedDrill before purchase and confirmed through Apple's purchase interface.

Prices may vary depending on your Apple Account storefront, currency, applicable taxes, and available offers.

The actual purchase price and renewal terms shown by Apple at the time of purchase apply.

MedDrill does not require you to enter payment card information directly into the application to complete an Apple In-App Purchase.

4. Automatic Renewal#

MedDrill Premium Monthly renews automatically unless you cancel your subscription.

Apple manages subscription billing and renewal according to the terms presented during purchase.

Applicable subscription charges are made through the payment method associated with your Apple Account.

5. How to Cancel#

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name or Apple Account.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Select MedDrill.
5. Tap Cancel Subscription, if available.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewals. Your Premium access will usually remain available until the end of the current paid period, subject to your subscription status and applicable Apple terms.

Deleting the MedDrill application or your MedDrill account does not automatically cancel your subscription.

6. Refund Requests#

Purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase are subject to Apple's applicable refund process and mandatory consumer protection rights.

To request a refund:

1. Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
3. Choose the option to request a refund.
4. Select the relevant MedDrill transaction.
5. Submit your request.

Apple reviews refund eligibility according to its applicable policies and relevant laws.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

If a refund is granted, access to the related Premium benefits may be adjusted or revoked.

7. Restore Purchases#

If you previously purchased MedDrill Premium and your subscription remains eligible, you can use the Restore Purchases option within the application.

Restoring purchases is intended to recover eligible existing purchase entitlements and does not itself create a new subscription charge.

Use the Apple Account associated with the original purchase.

If your subscription is not recognized, contact MedDrill Support.

8. Payment Issues#

If a purchase cannot be completed, check:

• Your Apple Account payment information.
• Any applicable purchase restrictions.
• Your internet connection.
• Whether the purchase has already been completed.
• The subscription status in your Apple Account.

If a completed purchase does not activate Premium access, try Restore Purchases.

9. Changes to Subscription Pricing#

Subscription pricing or benefits may change over time.

Price changes and any required notifications or approvals are handled according to Apple's applicable subscription rules and relevant laws.
