Your Account, Your Choice#

MedDrill allows users to request deletion of their accounts and associated personal information.

This page explains the deletion process, its effects, and important subscription considerations.

1. How to Delete Your Account#

To initiate account deletion:

1. Open the MedDrill application.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Account Settings.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the information shown.
6. Complete the verification and confirmation steps, if required.

2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account?#

Account deletion is intended to permanently remove your MedDrill account and associated personal information that we are not required or permitted to retain.

Depending on the data maintained for your account, deletion may include:

• Account and profile information.
• Stored learning progress.
• Quiz and activity history.
• Saved learning preferences.
• Other personal information associated with the account.

Deleted account information may not be recoverable.

3. Data That May Be Retained#

Certain information may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, such as records relating to legal compliance, financial transactions, security incidents, or legitimate dispute resolution.

4. Important: Apple Subscriptions#

Deleting your MedDrill account does not automatically cancel your MedDrill Premium subscription.

If you have an active subscription, please review and manage it before deleting your account.

If you delete your MedDrill account without canceling your Apple subscription, Apple may continue subscription billing until the subscription is canceled.

5. Can I Recover My Account?#

Once deletion has been completed, the deleted account and its associated learning records may not be recoverable.

Creating a new account does not guarantee restoration of previously deleted data.
